How to do a fleet check

For the fleet reconciliation process an automated inventory feature has been implemented that provides the status of the geofence (in station/out of station). 

This list includes the following:

• All the vehicles which has the main station listed as the one which you are doing the fleet check on 
• The vehicle status is TC or RR. 

They are ordered by Result (not OK are displayed first). If a vehicle result is not OK it is because it is out of station while the greenway status is TC or RR.

The export file follows the same sorting pattern which is defined in Greenway fleet reconciliation feature (ordered by model and then license plate).

To do a fleet check please first go to Operations --> stations --> search for the station you are interested in then click on 'Fleet Check'. To export the list click on 'Export'.

The export file will give you the following information:

• Model
• License plate
• Colour
• Greenway status
• Geofence status (in station/out of station)
• Fleet check result
