What are the alert status
There are three different status to help manage the alerts on the Connected Car portal:
New
This is the default status which is raised as soon as an alert is created. You can see the alert status on the Alerts overview page. You can also filter for all new alerts as well as for a specific alert type.
Read
As soon as an alert is opened the status changes to 'read'.
Closed
An alert can be closed by clicking into the alert and then clicking the 'close alert' button. This will change the status to 'closed'.
Reopen an alert
Once an alert has been closed you can reopen it. To reopen an alert click into the alert and then click on the 'reopen alert' button. This will put the status of the alert back to 'New'.
