Alert triggers - Overview

To view a list of current alert triggers for that operator go to services management --> Alert triggers.

Overview

Here you will see the following information:

  • Name of the alert
  • Vehicle category that the alert is triggered for
  • Station the alert is triggered for
  • Severity of the alert
  • Greenway status that the alert is triggered for
  • Status (whether the alert is active or inactive)

You can also use the search bar to search for a specific alert. Please note you can only search by alert name.

Active/inactive alerts

If an alert is active it means that the alert will be triggered when the criteria is matched. If the alert is inactive it means the alerts will not be triggered even if the criteria is matched. Historical data is kept and viewable in the alerts overview page and the vehicle page. You can change the status of the alert by using the toggle located under the 'status' header.


Deleting an alert

You have the option of deleting an alert instead of making it inactive but please note this will delete all historical data and past alerts will not be seen on the vehicle page or the alerts overview page.
