The vehicle page - Trips
To access the vehicle page trips please go to Operations --> Vehicles --> click on the vehicle registration number --> click on trips.
Filling in the trip details
Before you can see any trip data you have till fill in the following information:
- Processing reasons: This is mandatory and you can only request trip data if your reason matches one of the criteria. This information will be stored in the database.
- Start date: Please select the start date and time of the trip data you are interested in
- End date: Please select the end date and time of the trip data you are interested in
- Comment: You can add a comment to the request to describe why you are requesting this information. This is optional
Once all the information is filled in click Request details.
Please note, you can only request a maximum of 180 days worth of data.
Total trips Summary
The total trips summary is displayed at the top of the page. This tell you the number of trips, total duration and total distance driven during the time you have searched for.
Trip information
To see the trip information you need to select a trip on the right hand side.
Individual trip summary
You information displayed in each trip summary gives you the following information:
- the start and end time of the trip
- total distance and time driven during the trip
- start location of the trip
- end location of the trip
Once you click on the trip, the GPS locations taken during the trip will be displayed on the map. You can zoom into the map to be able to see the individual coordinates and the timestamp.
Downloading trip data
To download the trip information please click on the download symbol located at the top of the page. This will give you a CSV output containing the following information:
- license plate
- trip ID
- date
- time
- latitude
- longitude
