Greenway data updates

When a vehicle is in-fleeted in Greenway it is automatically created on the Connected Car Portal. However, we will not receive data on the vehicle until the device is fitted - this is a specific rule on Greenway data synchronisation.

We can see if a device has been installed by looking at the device status on the vehicle page or vehicle list (go to Operations --> vehicles --> search for the vehicle to see the status).

If the status is installed it means the device is fitted. If the status is uninstalled it means that not device is fitted.

Greenway data updates refers ONLY to movements and Greenway vehicle status. Other information comes from Connected car.
